Bianca De La Garza: We'll monitor Senator Chris Van Holland's, um, lengthy news conference from his trip to El Salvador. Uh, for Kmar Abrego Garcia, the Maryland Senator, also from the same state.

We should know where Rachel Morin, uh, beautiful mother of five was murdered. By the hands of an illegal from El Salvador. And this week, convicted yet not one word of condolences to Patty Morin the mother. There instead, um, an outpouring of emotion and concern for the accused Wifebeater. And MS. 13, suspected gang member GOP, political strategist and insider Gene Valentino, host of the TruthCast Podcast joining us now, um, we were gonna talk about some other things, but this really has taken up so much because it is.

Wild to see these stories and the web of sort of fantasy that's being played here and portrayed and, and picked up by the media. We just heard the mask of the Senator was concerned about his own welfare, um, and this, [00:02:00] and he is talking about the trauma, the sadness of this, uh, person. Let's be clear, he was accused of potential human trafficking stopped by Tennessee Police.

He's got a, he's got two judges saying he's a member of a gang. Yeah. I just, I wonder the political exposure on the left as they continue to go down this path, Gene. 

Gene Valentino: Yeah. He, he's got something to worry about. Uh, it's his own security indeed, but it's his political security. He is a DOA, uh, you know, I. Bianca, it's almost unbelievable, which is why I'm taking pause.

What about Jocelyn Nary? You mentioned Rachel Warren in the family, uh, Kayla Hamilton and hundreds of thousands of other people killed by Fentanyl from the illegal crossing into our border. This man is but one of hundreds of thousands and millions that are illegal residents in the state. United [00:03:00] States of America that do not deserve the rights and privileges of you and me because they're not American citizens.

I've had enough look, whether it's Leticia James or Senator Van Holland, when your enemy is committing suicide. Let 'em, I'm done with 'em. They are over the line for that senator to grandstand on the six o'clock news like he just did. Taking your time and mine and the nations to, 

Bianca De La Garza: but I think it's important Gene.

I, I think it's important because it is so much of, like I said, it's, it's a, it's a fantasy notion that this person is who it is and he really does sell it and he sold it standing next to. The wife, uh, Jennifer, who I think, as I said a few minutes ago, I feel like she's being used, but as long as he goes on and on, you can also hear the media going with this as well.

And again, he said it was an illegal abduction that, you [00:04:00] know, El Salvador's complicit in now. So it's going to continue on. We, we, we know this and we also know that there's folks like AOC out there using the word people or disappearing. And this is sort of their new, you know, way of, you know, using, um.

Creative language. Um, and I wanna get your reaction because she is actually, according to pollster, Nate Silver, uh, 2028, democratic presidential nominee, Ocasio-Cortez is up there. Um. Early nod from Nate Silver, the second choice. Josh Shapiro, 2028. Now we're, we're so far away. We know there could be a lot of, you know, other names and, but she's somebody who's on this boat as well, you know, where people are disappearing.

So this is sort of where they think that conservatives are vulnerable. 

Gene Valentino: Yeah, this, we've talked about this before, and ex forgive my inflammatory tone. I've had enough of it though, Bianca. This is a complicit [00:05:00] effort on the left leaning Marxist, uh, fascist approach to divert, deflect, and distract your attention on this news broadcast and the others that are willing to, to report it, that are taking your attention off.

Leticia James is wrongdoing. The flavor of the moment is Leticia James'. Criminal activity. Hey, let's keep talking about this, um, Kmar individual. 

Bianca De La Garza: Well, it's fascinating. We have a duty to bring, uh, the folks the live coverage and we didn't know Yes, if the wife was gonna speak as well, because here's what it is, is she in all of this.

Should be the one who maybe doesn't want him back because at one point she was so afraid to be near him. And the thing is, when you listen to the questions being asked, it's important for context because not one person there is asking anything about his record. So it goes on to layer into why we have such a fractured country.

Right? Because people are hearing this one, um, Senator, and they're not hearing enough from [00:06:00] Patty Morin, who President Trump gave a huge hug to in the Oval Office, zero minutes of coverage for the loss of the merri mother who is in this man's district. It is shameful. Uh, we gotta leave it there, but it's so good to have you, Gene.

Gentlemen, great to see you. We do wanna begin with some breaking news though today. The House Committee on [00:07:00] Oversight, government Reform Chairman James Comer.

Has now opened a criminal referral recommendation to former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. Um, he believes it's stemming from false statements to Congress. This was over the COVID-19 pandemic and New York's handling of it. Obviously, Cuomo was testifying on all of this. We have a letter from comer's office and he outlines what he believes is the case, and he says, to our knowledge, the Biden administration ignored this referral despite clear facts and evidence.

So now they look apparently are going after Cuomo. David, I'll start with you. How strong of a case is it? And the political exposure he has is he is also running for a mayor of New York City. Yeah, I, 

David Gelman: I love it. I really love it. I think James Comer is doing an outstanding job and he's doing exactly what the American people are asking to do, get actual justice.

We all know that Andrew Cuomo, when he was governor of New York. He, let's just say he did not do that well when it came to COVID-19, uh, a lot of people [00:08:00] died on his watch in nursing homes and in hospitals. Why was that? Did he provide false information to the government? It's, it certainly sounds like it.

Where there's smoke, there's fire, Bianca, so I think Andrew cu, Andrew Cuomo, he's gonna be in a world trouble right now, and I know he is running for mayor of New York as we speak, but that may have to be put on the back burner because when you get the crim, when you get the federal government. Breathing down your neck and questioning you and, and subpoenaing you and everybody else in your staff and from your time as governor, you're gonna have a lot of long, you're gonna have a lot of things to worry about rather than running for Mayor of New York.

Bianca De La Garza: Chairman Kom are saying Andrew Cuomo's, a man with a history of corruption deceit now caught red-handed lying in Congress. Um, obviously serious allegations and we will watch that. Um, but I do wanna turn to Pete Hegseth because these seem like anonymous sources coming after again. Uh, Gene, you know, hegseth is saying that he's trying to change the culture there.

We know he eked [00:09:00] by with his nomination. What do you make of this new headline out of NPR, which the White House saying is not true? And all the exits we saw recently, including a senior advisor, Dan Caldwell and some others who many say were part of these leaks and not loyal to this administration or hegseth.

Gene Valentino: Oh, are you talking about an NPR that's in the process of being defunded or substantially reduced in their funding? Is this an organization that stood by and looked the other way when, um, uh, uh, people were, uh, talking about the Hunter Biden laptop and a dozen other issues? This is ridiculous. Pete, uh, HEG, Seth, whatever the accusations are against him pale in comparison to Joe Biden's using of his wife to run the presidency in his, in, uh, incapacitation.

I think, uh, uh, it pales in comparison again, the Democrats are putting the shoe on the wrong foot and distracting and [00:10:00] deflecting our attention with silly issues. Thank God President Trump staying behind Pete Hegseth. He's a good leader. 

Bianca De La Garza: David, one last question for you. So we saw Senator Van Holland go to El Salvador.

It was also Congressman Comer who said that he would not allow taxpayer money on the house side, uh, to see some of his Democratic members go down there. They went anyway. You've got Arizona, Oregon, Florida, um, down in El Salvador and breaking just a short time ago. There are reports that they were not allowed to see.

Of course, the Maryland illegal. Kmar Orgo Garcia, because this was not a sanctioned trip by the United States. Your reaction to those house leaders that you see here who thought they'd get more headlines and more, I guess, photo ops for this story that refuses to go away? 

David Gelman: I, 

I think the Democrats love illegals more than anything in the world.

I wish I loved anything more than what Democrats love [00:11:00] illegals for because it is totally remarkable what they are doing. They are grandstanding. They went to El Salvador, which I don't know what a 10 hour flight from. Washington DC to go see an individual who is part of MS 13, not the nicest gang in the world.

An individual who's accused of sm human smuggling who beat his wife and children, and this is what they're the, you know, the hill that they're trying to die on. They really need to look themselves in the mirror and figure out what they're standing for because it sure as hell isn't what the American people want.

They are going to see an illegal individual. Well, did they go see any victims here? No.
